Dear Colleagues:

The Brazilian Political Science Association is glad to announce the Brazilian Political Science Review, a peer-reviewed academic journal of political science and international relations, to be published electronically twice a year in English.
We believe that Brazilian political science is mature and well developed and has an original contribution to make to our knowledge of politics. Yet, its international impact is limited. We hope to begin to correct this situation by providing a venue for the diffusion of high-quality work produced in Brazil thus broadening the exchange of ideas with the international political science community.

It is our hope that the BPSR become a truly international space for academic exchange and debate. For this reason it is open to contributions of colleagues from different parts of the world and with different theoretical and methodological perspectives.

We are very excited with the creation of the BPSR and hope to be able to count with your active participation for its success.
